DIY Pencil Box from old shoe box!

I had my step son over this weekend, and I just cannot stand him to sit in front of a TV all the time. I try to find stuff for him to do, and i have been anxious to play with mod podge ! This was simple as it gets.

• Find old shoe box

• cut up pieces of scrapbook paper/fabric/tissue paper/whatever

• mod podge one side of box heavily and stick random patterns all over


• seal that side with mod podge

• repeat on other three sides

• let dry

• add toilet paper rolls

• add pens, pencils, etc!

I want to see pics if you do this project! Would love to see the different pattern/print variations!
