This is a Down Side Up Original Recipe.
Take note - I don't like ground beef -- I hardly eat it.
That being said, these are still one of my favorite foods, ever!
What you need:
1 pack bacon
1 lb ground beef, cooked
2 cans of Flaky Layers - Honey Butter biscuits
shredded cheese (whatever you fancy)
--Pre-Heat Oven to 350--
1. Flatten biscuit and add ground beef and cheese
2. Close biscuit, trapping ingredients inside
3. wrap (raw) slice of bacon around biscuit (not loosely, but not tight) and secure with tooth picks
4. cook at 350 for 25 minutes or until bottoms of biscuits start to darken
